You must complete a minimum of two years of Articleship Training to be eligible for membership. During this period, you gain practical experience in areas such as auditing, taxation, accounting, and financial management.

Pass the CA Final Examination:

After completing Articleship Training and clearing both groups of the CA Final Examination, you become eligible to become a Chartered Accountant.

Apply for Membership:

Once you pass the CA Final Examination and fulfill all other requirements, you can apply for membership with ICAI.

Obtain Certificate of Practice (Optional):

If you wish to practice as a Chartered Accountant, you can obtain a Certificate of Practice from ICAI after completing specific requirements and formalities.
